Can you put in big, bold letters that we are still taking registration forms, but there is a $10.00 late fee tagged onto each player. Encourage them to mail to P.O. Box 701, Turlock, CA 95381.
All registrations will take place at the TYSA office located at 1769 Carnegie . Carnegie dead ends into Fulkerth, Between Tully and Golden State Blvd. LOOK for the BLUE Jacob Auto Sign.
Sign-Up Dates for 2006:
We are still accepting sign ups, but there is a $ 10.00 late fee for each player.
WHO CAN PLAY: Boys & girls whose birthdates are between
August 1, 1987 & July 31, 2002.
FEE:
Under 6 is $60 per player ($70.00 After May 31)
Under 7 through U19 is $70 per player ($80.00 after May 31)
Payments plans are available. You must pay $30.00 per player at the time of registration. No Payment Plans will be accepted after June 15th.
Payment must be paid in full by July 15th.
Vouchers are available through the Turlock City Recreation Department. You must pay $30.00 down to TYSA at time of registration and if you qualify for the voucher, the City of Turlock will reimburse Turlock Youth Soccer Association for the difference in cost. Please contact the Recreation at 668-5594 for questions.
REQUIREMENTS:
* New to TYSA or did not play in 2005?
1. Bring your child's birth certificate
2. U12-U19 players will need a 1" x 1" picture
* Returning to TYSA from 2005 season?
1. U12-U19 players will need a 1" x 1" picture
SEASON INFORMATION:
1. Your coach will contact you by the second week of August
2. Practice will begin approximately the second week of August
3. Games begin the weekend after Labor Day on September and
end on November with a tournament/Jamboree between
8:00am - 4:00pm
4. All games are played at the Turlock Sports Complex which is
located behind Pitman HS between Kilroy Ave and
Mountain View Ave in Turlock.
Team Sponsorship Opportunities:
The fee to sponsor a team is $250.00. A web Sponsorship is $50.00. Sponsorship forms are available at the TYSA office and at registration. When forming teams, TYSA honors only the request of the head coach, the assistant coach, and the sponsor of the team for their children.
