LITA'S PROFILE 

 OB-GYN, RE-IN nurse practitioner is a graduate of San Jose State University, School of Nursing, and the Certificate OB-GYN Nurse Practitioner Program in November 1989.  She acquired her Reproductive Endocrinology-Infertility Nursing Certification in November 1991. She has had responsibilities associated with complete women’s health care, but passionately expanded her scope to include development of the Infertility program, protocols and consent forms within her office. She was the Infertility coordinator for a large practice for over 15 years. Introduction to electronic medical records charting came in 1998, where she designed many templates for the system, most were specific for Infertility. In September of 2005, she revised, updated and expanded the comprehensive format used for the IES-Templates©. She enjoyed the challenges reproductive endocrinology offered and implemented therapy, empathetically counseled Infertility couples and complemented her talents with additional certified skills in ultrasounds for follicular maturation studies, saline, gynecological and obstetrical scans.

She has enthusiastically launched her new business in the hopes of sharing a quick method to thorough, organized and efficient Infertility and gynecology related charting using electronic medical records systems. She had first hand knowledge of what language should be included in a professional patient chart document.
