Testimonials are essential in
validating an excellent product. Use of an electronic medical record (EMR)
charting system has gone from being a “want” to becoming a “need” for
many practices. Having used an EMR system with various templates over the years,
the design and integration of the IES-Templates© have been welcomed, for it
specifically addresses all the needs for the in-office Infertility type visit.
Dr. Norman Low has been familiar with EMR charting since
1998 and is a current user of the IES-Templates©. He has acquired the respect of
many colleagues up and down the west coast with his knowledge and passion for
in-office Infertility. Creating professional, concise, and consistent chart
documentation with attention to detail is a necessity in his busy practice.
Not only have I designed the IES-Templates©, but I have been
a user of them as well. As I coordinated how the Infertility aspect of our
practice would flow, the templates have allowed me to be thorough in my chart
notes. Forgetting to include something in a chart note is a rarity, as the
templates do some of thinking for you.
