Q: Our current passes are still valid until August 1, 2011.  Can we still use them?

A: Yes, but teams will play in their August 1, 2012 age group.  Most team will have already re-registered for the new season.  So, let's say you are U12 until August 1, 2011 and have not re-registered.  You will be with the U13 age group.  No, you are not playing up.  You will be with the U12 teams that have already re-registered for the new season.

Q: Can we still register after the June 25th, 2011 deadline?

A:  Yes, we will continue to accept applications until all vacancies are filled.  There will be a $50 late fee for those registering after June 25th.

Q:  Do we have to pay by credit card?

A:  No, If you would prefer to pay by check.  Submit your application with your credit card information, once we receive your check, we will go in and edit your payment as received and your credit card will not be charged.  Your check must be received by the tournament committee within 1 week of submitting your application.  Check payments will not be accepted after June 25th deadline.

Q:  My guest player is only registered with CYSA and we are a US Club registered team.  Can they still play with us?

A: NO, all players on your team must be registered with the same Organization.  This is a CYSA/US Club rule. 

Q:  If there is not enough teams within our age group, will we have the option of playing up?

A:  Yes, at your request.  You may also get an email asking if you would like to play up due to lack of teams in your age group.

Q:  Will we be seeded with a higher level of competition?

A:  You may be seeded with one (1) level higher.  For example: your team's level of competition is Silver, you can be seeded with Gold.  You will not be seeded more than one (1) level higher, unless you have requested it.
