SANCTIONING US Club Soccer
All teams are welcome, including CYSA.
CYSA teams - will need to fill out the 2651 form and submit to CYSA for processing and approval. All other Non US Club member teams - you will need to make sure your league insurance will cover you while at an outside event. If not, you will need to purchase the Non US Club member Insurance. Please apply as soon as you have been officially accepted. Please wait until you have been officially accepted. US Club will not issue refunds for the insurance fee.
FORMAT All teams guaranteed three games
GUEST PLAYERS 5 per team
VENUES All games will be at the Turlock Regional Sports Complex, 2525 Christoffersen Pkwy, Turlock, CA
TOURNAMENT FEE
There will be a $50 late fee after the deadline, October 6th, 2012
REFUND POLICY All teams withdrawing after the October 6th deadline will forfeit their entry fee. NO refunds, once you have been accepted. If you would prefer to pay by check. Submit your application with your credit card information, once we receive your check, we will go in and edit your payment as received and your credit card will not be charged. Your check must be received by the tournament committee within 1 week of submitting your application. Check payments will not be accepted after October 6th deadline.
